Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Digital products: all sales final
- Digital products (guides, templates and other downloadable files) are delivered immediately and cannot be returned. All sales are final and non-refundable.
- If a file is damaged or will not open, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will send you a working replacement file. Replacement is the only remedy for digital products.
- If you were charged more than once for the same item by mistake, we will refund the duplicate charge.
2. Delivery of digital products
Files are available to download immediately after payment from the order confirmation page; where offered, a download link is also sent by email. Download links are valid for 30 days after purchase and for the number of downloads stated at purchase. If you cannot access your files, contact us and we will send you a new link.
3. Fixed-price sessions
- Fixed-price sessions sold online, such as review sessions, are final sale and non-refundable, including if you do not book or attend.
- We email you after purchase to schedule the session. You may reschedule once by email with at least 24 hours' notice.
4. Fixed-price setup services
- Fixed-price services sold online in which we carry out a setup with you (for example, company formation done together with you) are refundable in full only if you cancel by email before we receive the information and documents needed to start.
- Once we receive them, work begins and the service is non-refundable. There are no partial refunds.
- Any digital product included with the service is cancelled when a refund is made. A digital product bought separately remains final sale under section 1.
5. Quoted consulting services
- Before work begins: you may cancel at any time by email and receive a full refund of any amount paid.
- After work begins: you may cancel at any time. You will be charged only for work completed up to the cancellation date, in proportion to the agreed scope, and any remaining prepaid amount will be refunded.
- Delivery timeline: consulting work is delivered within the timeframe stated in your written quote. AI Adoption Reviews are delivered within 5 business days of the intake call.
6. How to contact us about a purchase
Email info@sagewy.com with your name, the email used for the purchase, and the item or engagement. We reply within 1 business day. Where a refund applies under this policy, it is returned to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the credit.
7. Disputes
If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us first. Most issues are resolved within one business day, and this is faster for you than a card dispute.
8. Subscriptions
We do not currently sell subscriptions. If subscriptions are introduced, this policy will be updated to explain how to cancel before renewal.
سياسة الاسترجاع والإلغاء
1. المنتجات الرقمية: جميع المبيعات نهائية
- تُسلَّم المنتجات الرقمية (الأدلة والقوالب والملفات القابلة للتنزيل) فوراً ولا يمكن إرجاعها. جميع المبيعات نهائية ولا يُسترد المبلغ.
- إذا كان الملف تالفاً أو لا يفتح، راسلنا خلال 7 أيام من الشراء وسنرسل لك ملفاً بديلاً سليماً. الاستبدال هو الحل الوحيد للمنتجات الرقمية.
- إذا تم خصم المبلغ أكثر من مرة للمنتج نفسه عن طريق الخطأ، نعيد المبلغ المكرر.
2. تسليم المنتجات الرقمية
تتوفر الملفات للتنزيل فور الدفع من صفحة تأكيد الطلب، وحيث يتوفر ذلك يُرسل رابط التنزيل بالبريد الإلكتروني أيضاً. تبقى روابط التنزيل صالحة لمدة 30 يوماً من الشراء ولعدد التنزيلات المذكور عند الشراء. إذا لم تتمكن من الوصول إلى ملفاتك، تواصل معنا وسنرسل لك رابطاً جديداً.
3. الجلسات ذات السعر الثابت
- الجلسات ذات السعر الثابت التي تُباع عبر الإنترنت، مثل جلسات المراجعة، بيعها نهائي ولا يُسترد مبلغها، بما في ذلك في حال عدم الحجز أو عدم الحضور.
- نراسلك بعد الشراء لتحديد موعد الجلسة، ويمكنك تغيير الموعد مرة واحدة بالبريد الإلكتروني قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل.
4. خدمات الإعداد ذات السعر الثابت
- الخدمات ذات السعر الثابت التي تُباع عبر الإنترنت ونُنجز فيها إعداداً معك (مثل تأسيس شركة بالمشاركة معك) يُسترد مبلغها كاملاً فقط إذا طلبت الإلغاء بالبريد الإلكتروني قبل أن نستلم منك البيانات والمستندات اللازمة للبدء.
- بعد استلامها يبدأ العمل ولا يُسترد أي مبلغ، ولا توجد استردادات جزئية.
- يُلغى أي منتج رقمي مشمول بالخدمة عند الاسترداد. أما المنتج الرقمي المشترى بشكل منفصل فبيعه نهائي وفق القسم 1.
5. الخدمات الاستشارية بعرض سعر
- قبل بدء العمل: يمكنك الإلغاء في أي وقت عبر البريد الإلكتروني مع استرجاع كامل لأي مبلغ مدفوع.
- بعد بدء العمل: يمكنك الإلغاء في أي وقت، ويُحتسب فقط العمل المنجز حتى تاريخ الإلغاء بنسبة النطاق المتفق عليه، ويُعاد أي مبلغ متبقٍ مدفوع مقدماً.
- مدة التسليم: يُسلَّم العمل الاستشاري ضمن المدة المحددة في عرض السعر المكتوب، وتُسلَّم تقييمات تبنّي الذكاء الاصطناعي خلال 5 أيام عمل من المكالمة التمهيدية.
6. كيفية التواصل بشأن عملية شراء
راسلنا على info@sagewy.com مع اسمك والبريد المستخدم في الشراء والمنتج أو المشروع. نرد خلال يوم عمل واحد. وحيث ينطبق الاسترداد وفق هذه السياسة، يُعاد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، وقد يستغرق ظهورها لدى البنك من 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل.
7. النزاعات
إذا واجهت مشكلة في عملية شراء، يُرجى التواصل معنا أولاً؛ فمعظم المشكلات تُحل خلال يوم عمل واحد، وهذا أسرع لك من الاعتراض على عملية البطاقة.
8. الاشتراكات
لا نبيع اشتراكات حالياً. وفي حال إضافتها، سنحدّث هذه السياسة لتوضيح طريقة الإلغاء قبل التجديد.
